My Story
I aim to showcase the extraordinary within the ordinary through the lens of my camera. Photography merges my two loves - nature and art. My artistic training and professional background as a conservationist inspire me to capture the beauty of the natural world.
My passion for landscape photography leads me to chase magical light, ephemeral conditions and create compositions instinctively. I am drawn to stunning vistas, quaint towns, and ancient monuments that possess a fairy tale quality. I seek glimpses of the world around me that ignite the imagination, embracing colour, form, balance, and soft light.
My enthusiasm for wildlife photography stems from a fascination with animal behaviour and an admiration for their beauty. I strive to bring you up close and personal with the wonders of wildlife.
Bradford-on-Avon serves as my gateway to the charming Cotswolds and the South West of England. The town's dual river and canal often mark the starting point for my explorations into Wiltshire and Somerset.
As featured in the BBC, my photographic journey began in 2021, following a life-altering experience with Long Covid. Through the therapeutic lens of my camera, I found solace in the restorative power of the great outdoors. Now, through my images, I seek to inspire viewers to appreciate the natural world.
